Andrew currently oversees the marketing and digital transformation arm of TIME dotCom, a listed Malaysian telco with investments in fixed broadband, cloud computing, data centre, connectivity and cybersecurity solutions spanning the globe. He has more than 20 years’ experience across both the client and agency spectrum, handling brands as diverse as IKEA, KFC, Uniqlo, BMW, and Disney both locally and regionally. Prior to TIME, his experience includes marketing and strategy leadership roles at IBM, P&G, Interbrand, Isobar, DDB and IKEA. He holds an MBA from the Melbourne Business School. Andrew was recognised as one of the Top 25 Innovators in Asia Pacific for 2020, according to the Innovator 25 Global Rankings.

Tiffany has 30 years of diverse operational and leadership experience with a focus on consumers and building brand value. Tiffany has worked across local, regional and global roles in commercial and innovation development on 3 to 5 years brand planning horizon, insights mining, complex portfolio strategy, portfolio investment strategy, regional launch and multi countries communications/activation campaigns. Tiffany’s experience ranges from managing Nutrition, Pest Control, Household, Healthcare and Personal Care / Hygiene categories, entrusted with iconic mega brands such as Enfa, Dettol, Panadol, Strepsils, Durex amongst others. She is currently managing a diverse team of 50+ with varied skill sets such as digital marketers, integrated media team, CRM team, ops team, brand team and medical marketing team. Tiffany also manages Commercial Operations, Op Model and Commercial Excellence & Execution for the organization. Tiffany recently was amongst 22 marketers who won Malaysia CMO awards 2023. Emir is CCO of Publicis Groupe Malaysia, where he works with a talented bunch of creative misfits from across Leo Burnett, Publicis, Saatchi & Saatchi Arachnid and Digitas. Together, they were instrumental in Leo Burnett being named Malaysia’s agency of the year for 3 years running at EFFIE Awards Malaysia, alongside agency of the year honours from Campaign Brief “The Work” and Campaign AOY. What drives Emir is his love for the crazy, exciting “what ifs” on the intersection of tech, creativity and humanity. With a bit of luck, some of these “what ifs” have earned recognition at shows including Cannes Lions. SXSW Interactive Innovation Award (an Asian agency’s 1st), Spikes Asia, ADC Tomorrow Awards, ADFEST, ADDYs, NY Festivals, LIA, MAD STARS, EFFIES, WARC, Singapore CCAs and the Kancil Awards. Outside of work, Emir has also judged at shows including NY Festivals, ADFEST, Spikes Asia, Dubai Lynx, Ciclope Awards and CCAs, alongside serving as Kancil Awards Jury Chairperson. Shiao has over 18 years of brand marketing experience in the FMCG Industry covering Asia such as Malaysia, SEA and China.
She has worked in both local and regional MNCs such as Arla Foods, Unilever, etc managing various F&B brands and
categories. Over the years, she has also played numerous roles as a brand consultant, a facilitator, a trainer,
a speaker and presenter in various regional and local summits and workshops.
Currently leading the brand, digital and eCommerce team in Spritzer Group, Shiao is
known for her role in revitalizing the bottled water category with the Spritzer brand’s
transformational journey in recent years. From rolling out engaging marketing communication
campaigns to launching innovative products based on sustainability, she feels that all
brands can be great when the right formula and approach are applied. As a passionate
marketer, she hopes her knowledge sharing will inspire more marketers to set excellent

Prior to joining Astro, Tai was Maxis' Head of Brand & Marketing with breakthroughs in Solution Partnerships, Innovation & Ventures and Digital Marketing during that span of time. Before that, he held P&L and operational responsibilities to develop the Home Broadband and Fibre business for Maxis. Adam Miranda had the time of his life as a copywriter in Kuala Lumpur for 9 years before carrying that experience with him across the causeway, cleared immigration, and ended up in Singapore. Adam had a random idea in 2012 to quit his job and start a company called Fishermen, and currently leads the creative teams of Fishermen’s offices in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. Fishermen has grown in business, people, offices and achievements: winning the Golden Kancil (the Grand Prix award at Malaysia’s premier creative show, the Kancils) in 2015 for Kucing Happy, a social media campaign that re-launched BSN as the leading brand in Digital Content Marketing, and the Golden Kancil in 2019 for BFM Bersatu For Makan. They were also named agency of the year at the Malaysian EFFIE Awards in 2023 and was ranked as the 3rd most awarded Digital Agency in 2017, the only independent on that list. Lee Chin currently heads M-Lab, the audience innovation and creative content hub of Media Chinese International Limited (MCIL) in Malaysia. MCIL publishes four leading Chinese newspapers – Sin Chew Daily, China Press, Nanyang Siang Pau and Guang Ming Daily in Malaysia; and owns digital assets which cover 70% of Chinese web portal traffic in Malaysia. As an apparatus to accelerate digital audience and revenue growth in the group, in M-Lab, Lee Chin’s vibrant team works on exciting and innovative projects, covering areas ranging from revenue growth, online audience growth and management, integrated and branded campaigns, programmatic revenue, product development, video production, social media strategy and so on.
